Those are the chords involved in the main part. I think you'll be able to hear the rhythm. The second chord is hit twice.
Next part:
----------------------
--2--2-2-3--3-3-(12)--
--3--3-3-4--4-4-(12)--
--4--4-4-5--5-5-(12)--
----------------------
----------------------
The ()s denote harmonics. They aren't hit every time; you can hear them clearly ringing if they're there. The second time this part is played, the harmonics are on the 5th fret, lower three strings once, then back on the 12th fret I think.
